league terms of understanding

These points MUST be signed by your Team representative on Feb 26, 2012.

Your Team has been warned!!!

I acknowledge and agree to the below listed conditions [check each off]:

  • I have read the League & Games rules and the league Constitution.
  • I understand the various fines that are listed in League rules.
  • Any player / coach / manager that is ejected from a game MUST sit out the next game.
  • Lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in them.
  • All beverages are to be consumed in a NON-clear plastic cup.
  • All beverage containers MUST be disposed of properly, ie} take them with you or put them in the garbage cans.
  • Do NOT leave any of your team’s garbage in the dug out or at the diamond or park.
  • All base equipment MUST be put away after the last game. This includes the base plate at 2nd & 3rd [orange], putting the rubber plugs into place AND locking the Job Box.
  • No safety meetings by the diamonds. After two warnings your team is kicked out of the league, This is your FIRST warning !
  • At Brown Road, when the last game is finished you are to leave the park, parking lot and street. NO staying late. After three warnings your team is kicked out of our league, This is your FIRST warning !
  • LEGIBLE ROSTERS [SPN & Township] MUST be given to the League by March 31-April 1st [at the Ice Breaker Tournament held at MAP]. Failure to do so will result in a $100 FINE.
  • All base equipment MUST be put away after the last game. This includes the base plate at 2nd & 3rd [orange], putting the rubber plugs into place AND locking the Job Box.
  • You are responsible for your team’s players to behave in a proper manner.
