For you new, and existing teams, PLEASE Read, or RE-read the League rules. Also read the spare rule.

Section 3 – Eligibility Lists

1. A team’s eligibility list (SPN roster sheet) must be completed and returned to the Executive prior to the start of the season (March 30 – April 1 @ MAP during the Ice Breaker Tourney).

2. A team may carry a maximum of thirty (30) players plus a non-playing coach. A playing coach must be listed as a player. Players can only be listed on one (1) team’s roster.

Bats for 2012 Posted: Sun, 08 Jan 2012

It is our understanding that SPN will going to a USSSA bat policy as long as those bats are stamped “2012″. These bats have more “pop” than ASA approved bats [which we currently adhere to].

SPN uses balls which do not fly as well as ours, as anyone at Provincials will attest to this.

For the 2012 season LMSP will follow the ASA approved bat list, NOT the USSSA list. This is due to the balls we use in our league and have already ordered.

Bases and Plugs Posted: Sun, 08 Jan 2012

As some teams are NOT putting all parts away {a fine will be applied], here’s a reminder:

All base equipment MUST be put away after the last game AND put the rubber plugs into place. AND…. don’t forget to LOCK the Job Box !!
